Not wanting to pass up the opportunity to post another card using a background created while playing with this technique, I found another sketch challenge and whipped this card together.
As usual, all cardstock and fibers are from Club Scrap (kits used: Refresh and Castaway). The rubber stamp images are from Crafty Secrets.
