All materials are Club Scrap. Card base is Culinary. Panel was printed with inkjet using Tammy's Collections Collage. Owl cut on Silhouette using my own copy of the Stampin' Up owl punch. Mortarboard hand cut from a template using the Club Scrap kit image. Diploma is rolled vellum and tied with embroidery floss. Tassel made from same floss. Created for my Precious Angel who graduates from ASU today. Hooray!!!
