3 Ring Circus - Unity Friends with Flair

It's Friday again and time for Friends with Flair over at Unity Stamp Co. This layout was assembled in December of 2012 using Shimelle's Perfect Collection formula. It lay dormant since then waiting for the perfect photos. As part of my Throwback Thursday project, I've been scanning old slides with the plan of making layouts with the prints. This is one of my first offerings. A day at what was then called Marriott's Great America in Santa Clara in June of 1978, We were all a few years younger then. HA HA

In addition to Unity stamps from SMAK Going Places and Just Plain Happy, I used a chipboard sticker from K&Co's Wild Saffron Number Sayings. The base papers are a stack from GCD Studios called Funhouse. Using the stash, people, using the stash. This layout brought a smile to hubby's face and that makes it all worthwhile.

  1. Wow! This is a terrific LO! The paper is perfect and this format really makes your eye look at everything. Great flow. I chuckled at "three ring circus". Cute.

  2. Great layout. I love all the photos that you managed to get on the papers.

  3. Nice job! The ferris wheel looks so cool popping over the top of your photo!

  4. I've got those Funhouse papers....NicE layout!

  5. Pretty groovy photos! I love scrapping the real old ones.

  6. Ahhhhh.....weren't those the days??!! Nice LO!!!
