Another card using the technique described on the prior post. This one uses a steampunk hot air balloon from a stamp set from Glitz Design called Afternoon Muse. Love it. The banner shape was cut on Silhouette and the sentiment is from the $ Bin at Michaels. Card base is Club Scrap. Stampin’ Up chalks used for technique.
