Home for the Holidays

CardinalZfoldJingle10SCCC14

This week at the Club Scrap PSL, our challenge is to use fibers on all artwork. This card was created as part of my quest to make a few Christmas cards each month. I am also entering it in the challenge at Jingle Belles JB10 where the challenge is to make a card that is inspired by your Home for the Holidays ... it might be your childhood home, your current home, or your home-away-from-home. When I think of Christmas at my childhood home in Kentucky, I think of vivid red cardinals in the snow. Also, used it for the sketch #SCCC14 challenge at Weekly Christmas Card Challenges.

All supplies are from Club Scrap

Kits used:
Black Z fold card base from Musical Interlude, red strip and cardinal from Autumn Splendor, white panel and ribbon from Comics, snowflake has Diamond Stickles, card panel is textured with Cuttlebug, bird feet, chest and beak colored with Bic Mark-its
