Another card from the fabulous February kit from Simon Says Stamp. The stamps used are from the November kit (heart) and the September kit (border). Little hearts were punched with my Stampin' Up Fashionable Hearts Embosslit. Papers all from Simon Says Stamp. All edges inked.
this one is a winner! I haven't even used that heart stamp yet, better get on it for Valentines!
